I currently have Six Piercings, most of which I have recieved over the last 4 years. I had my left earlobe gunpierced around the age of 14, and for that era it was about all that was accepted (and cool) for a guy. I never really considered getting any more until the mid nintey's when piercing hit the Chicago scene bigtime. Still, it wasnt until my 25th Birthday (1998) that I decided to get my first actual piercing.

The original idea was to get my earlobe streached to have a regular piercing hoop in it... the gun piercing had always caused me problems with infections and cheap jewelry. Once I was on the phone I surprised even myself and made and appointment for a Prince Albert alongside my earlobe. I went downtown to "Made In Pain" which was run as part of a Goth Clothing Shop called Medusa's Circle. I Kinda knew the guy who ran it from the Old Medusa's Night Club long before. Truth be told I was scared, I expected to wind up screaming and yelling... but I didnt. The Earlobe streaching hurt more at the time. I did spend the next several weeks getting used to having the retention ball slide into odd positions at times, and I was unable to 'Use' that particular part of my anatomy for anything other than the standard usage. It was actually not a bad procedure, even with my new found ability to piss on myself if i didnt watch it.

About 6-8 months later I went to Cailfornia to visit friends, and there was a great shop in Ocean Beach called Dr Jefe's. The main Piercer was a guy called 'The Todd' who had a great reputation and was a pretty cool guy. I decided to get my tongue done with a #10 and to have my Prince Albert upgraded to an #8 as the hole had streached a bit. He managed my tongue without hassles though It made eating tacos hard as hell <wink> The #8 fit in without a hassle (surprisingly) and I was now feeling quite content piercing wise.

I had always wanted an eyebrow piercing but after alot of the nasty ones I had seen, I soon outgrew that... instead I wanted to get those little flaps in the front of the ear's done. I had seen it on someone once before, and decided while walking through the 'Inkin Lincoln Tattoo Jamboree' in 2000. They turned out to be a semi-common piercing called the Tragus which is a pretty cool looking piercing... most people dont even notice them but freak when they do. They hurt to sleep on for a while and the one was very much a problem for a short while, but once healed they are great! They have to go through the piercing of each one twice cause of how hard it is to get the jewelry in from the iside of your ear. I figured at 5 piercings... I was done for a while... and I was, for a while anyway.

I wound up on a work trip to Tampa Bay Florida, where we managed to get the sales force to take us with them to Ybor City, a town where they blocked the streets at night and it was a solid couplel blocks of drunken partying. I imbibed and after checking out several studios... I picked one that was incredibly well run (even by chicago standards) and had the cute punk rock piercer do my right nipple. It hardly hurt or bled, I was a bit numb from drinking so who knows why. Its was an interesting experience, though my nippler ring has been less than fun. I seem to have repeated minor infections which seem to clear up for a while and then come back. Lately its been very good to me... so maybe I wont remove it... wait and see...

Future piercings? Truthfully I only have one major one Im considering, and that is the back of my neck, just above the shoulders. This will require a curved barbell maybe 405 inches in length... I am still trying to get up the nerve. Ive thought of other ones, even more gential piercings, but right now I dont feel like it. Wait and see... just wait and see...

::Piercings and Sex

There is very little information on the web that directly refer's to techniques or way in which you can use your piercings to enhance sex. The obvious aside, this is something that should exist, considering the amount of 'sexual innuendo' and purported 'perverse behavior' that the pierced are supposedly known for. Now I know that just because a person is pierced, doesnt mean that it is in anyway sexually related or deviant in any form. The most common reason people give for tongue piercings are to improve your ability to give oral sex. This can be true, but in most cases the piercing is recieved for decorative, personal appearance, or peer related reasons. The sexual refference is merely an easy answer that has shock value when used.

My interests are in potential uses of piercings, or techniques with wich they can be used. As I get the chance I will fill in more here, thing I find that work, or things others email me. Like I said, this type of peircing related info is scarce.
